Vaccinations are important to protect your child from disease.

Periodic vaccinations

  • Vaccinations for children within the eligibility age are covered by public expense (no out-of-pocket expense).
  • Vaccinations are available by individual request. Please make an appointment for each child at a designated medical institution.
  • Vaccinations are recommended in the early stage of the eligibility age.

Types of vaccine

  • BCG
  • Four-in-one (diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, and polio)

  • Polio
  • Measles-rubella (MR)
  • Japanese encephalitis

Apart from these, there are vaccines for cervical cancer, Hib, and pneumococcus.
